Return & Exchange Policy

Customer Satisfaction Matters

At Femecart, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Due to the personal nature of innerwear products, specific return and exchange conditions apply.


Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchange support if:

✔ You receive a damaged product

✔ You receive an incorrect product

✔ You receive a wrong size compared to what was ordered

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.


Products Eligible For Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be unwashed
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging must be available
  • Product must be in resalable condition

Products Not Eligible For Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be exchanged or returned after use:

  • Bras that have been worn
  • Panties that have been worn
  • Shapewear that has been worn
  • Any product with removed tags
  • Any product showing signs of use, washing, perfume, or damage caused by the customer

Size Selection Responsibility

We strongly encourage customers to review our Size Guide before placing an order.

If assistance is needed, our support team is available to help select the correct size.

Exchange requests due to incorrect size selection by the customer may require additional delivery charges.


Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Step 2: Share:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Description of the issue

Step 3: Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.


Exchange Delivery Charges

If the exchange is required due to:

✔ Wrong product sent by Femecart

✔ Damaged product received

Femecart will cover the exchange process.

If the exchange is requested for personal preference or customer size selection issues, applicable courier charges may apply.


Order Refusal Policy

Customers are requested to place orders only when genuinely interested in receiving the products.

Repeated order refusals or non-cooperation with delivery may result in restrictions on future Cash On Delivery orders.
